Admission Procedure

1. Application for admission should be made on the prescribed form obtainable, fromm the school office.
2. Students are admitted at the beginning of the academic year in April. Odd admissions are made after a test, only when there are vacant seats.
3. Formal admission is complete only after the application from has been considered by the Principal after an entrance test and interview of the child.
4. A pupil joining the school for the first time must produce a satisfactory evidence of his/her date of birth certificate from the municipal, village or Hospital record or Baptismal certificate. Date of birth once recorded will not be changed.
5. Four years is the age of admission in L.K.G. corresponding age is fixed for subsequent classes. 6. The following documents shall have to be furnished at the time of admission on the transfer basis for all classes.
(a) Transfer Certificate /School leaving certificate from the school last attended.
(b) Progress report/Mark sheet, showing the performance in the last examination in the previous school.
(c) Character and conduct certificate (in case of students) above std. (V)
7. No pupil will be admitted to the school without producing the documents given above. In no case shall the pupil permitted to attend the class pending formal admission.
8. A pupil on the Transfer Certificate, he/she shall not be placed in any class higher than that for which the certificate shows him/her qualified.
9. The Transfer Certificate of a student joining from schools outside the Utter Pradesh state must be countersigned by the Education Authorities of the district in which the previous school is situated.
10. Admission will be done only for students who come from recognized schools.
11. Once the interview/entrance test is conducted and the list of successful students is declared, no enquiry will be entrained by the office with regard to admission.
12. The final decision with regard to admission rest with School Authorities. Recommendations are not considered and donations are not accepted.
13. The school authorities reserve the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason.
14. In case of re-admission the full admission fee will be charged.
15. A pupil who does not completed the school calendar year is not eligible for promotion, hence admission will be made accordingly.
